Planeto is a small startup company with a team that is mostly focused on development of Planeto Quiz. This means that we have very limited resources to deal with individual support requests. Instead, we try to manage any issues through our forum, where we and our community members actively engage in supporting our users.

General Support Issues

A lot of support answers can typically be found in our forum: http://forum.planeto.com. Please search here as your first level of support. If you can´t find an answer to your problem, don´t hesitate to post a message in the forum.

NOTE: since Planeto Quiz is still in beta, we´re continuously identifying and fixing bugs. If you encounter any error or problem, please take the time to post a bug report in our forum. This will help us tremendously in improving the Planeto experience.
